Jack is located in Dallas, Texas and is the author of 5 books and numerous published articles and writes a weekly newsletter on Financial Literacy and Servant Leadership.

In addition to Vision 20/20 financial literacy, he also leads simulations in Ethics, Servant Leadership, Customer Service, Employee Engagement, Enterprise Risk Management and Strategic Planning.  His strengths are in assisting small businesses achieve immediate impact with lasting results through experiential learning.

Tom Pryor

Brian McCarthy has been a leader in the design, planning and implementation of manufacturing processes, material handling systems, production facilities, distribution centers and warehouse layout projects for over 30 years. He has a very strong background in Lean Enterprise, Manufacturing Process, Operations and Industrial Engineering. He has a great deal of experience with Work Teams, Employee Involvement, TQM and Continuous Improvement Planning (CIP). He plans, trains and coaches companies and their employees, in Lean Enterprise Transformation (LET) concepts and implementation projects.  He is experienced in planning and implementation for improved process and material flow, facilities expansion, and design and implementation of existing and new facilities. In addition to his work with industrial clients and commercial building owners, Brian has worked closely with architects, general and sub-contractors on site and facility selection, distribution and warehouse planning, capital and material handling equipment/systems acquisition and cost justification.
